On April 16  Palazzo Ducale hosts the 6th Pesto World Championship. One hundred competitors coming from all over the world challenge each other with their mortar and pestles to prepare Genoese pesto in the traditional method, using authentic and genuine ingredients. The competition is open to everyone: professionals, amateurs and the simply curious.
