10-01-2016From December 26, 2015 to January 10, 2016 Genoa will be hosting the Circumnavigando Festival, the international Contemporary Theatre and Circus festival.
During 16 days, there will be more than 50 shows and 16 circus companies from all over the world, performing and celebrating the Festival’s 15th edition: Circo Ribolle, Kadavresky, Kerol, Cirque Democratique, Cie De la Prakà, Matteo Galbusera, Milo e Olivia and many more…
An explosive and entertaining event that will bring the best of Contemporary Circus from all over the world to Genoa city centre during the Christmas holidays and a big New Year’s Eve party under the big tent that will be set up in Porto Antico.
New artistic and theatrical languages offering new and original circus acts, from tightrope walking and juggling all the way to a “space clown” who will present a very original show for the first time in Italy.
Organized by Associazione Sarabanda with Boris Vecchio’s artistic direction, the Festival is one of the first to have appeared in Italy and will be taking place both in the big tent in Porto Antico and in the theatres, squares and historical buildings of the city centre.
