A ceremony to celebrate the anniversary of the discovery of America and to commemorate Christopher Columbus.
The event is focused on the theme of food, in particular to the effects of the discovery of America on the European-Mediterranean diet.
The ceremony will be accompanied by musical performances by some maestros of the Orchestra of Teatro Carlo Felice. During the ceremony there will be the traditional Mayor’s greetings to Ligurian throughout the world.
