Palio Marinaro of Saint Peter

In the weekend of Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June Genoa will celebrate Saint Peter, the fisherman saint of the sea, with a traditional fair and the Palio Marinaro.
From Saturday afternoon, Corso Italia and the Foce area will be filled with many stands selling every kind of goods. On Sunday afternoon, the neighborhoods of Genoa will compete in the traditional Pario Marinaro.
