If you want to reach Genoa by public transport, the city offers an efficient transport system and an easily accessible and pedestrian center! For those arriving by train from the Piazza Principe and Brignole stations, the central area and the Porto Antico are easily accessible on foot or by public transport

For those who want to reach genoa with their own vehicle, we remind you that the most suitable routes to reach the city center arw the three motorways, which connect the city to the national network at different points.

• A12 Genova - Rosignano: in the East, GE Nervi and GE Est exits;
• A10 dei Fiori Genova - Ventimiglia: in the West, GE Voltri, GE Pegli, GE Aeroporto;
• A7 Serravalle Genova - Milano: GE Bolzaneto and GE Ovest exits.

There are also some park-and-ride areas, from these spots tou will be able to reach the city centre taking the bus or the tube.

A.     Park Di Negro in Via Bruno Buozzi – you can reach this area from the Genova Ovest exit.

B.     Park Piazzale Marassi – you can reach this area from the Genova Est exit.

C.    Park Uscita autostradale Genova Est – you can reach this area from the Genova Est exit.

D.    Park via Molo Architetti – you can reach this area from the Genova Voltri or Genova Pegli exits.

Near the Acquario di Genova and the Porto Antico, as well as in the area of the city centre and of the historic center of Genoa, several parking facilities are available:

P1 – DINEGRO

From the Dinegro car park it is possible to reach the area of the Porto Antico with the Metro from the “Dinegro” stop or with the bus line 1.

P2 – ACQUARIO – PORTO ANTICO

Porto Antico area - Aquarium: accessible on foot from the Park Marina, the Park Aquarium, the Park Mercanzia, the Park Porta Siberia, the Park Cannoniere, the Park Calata Gadda and the Autosilo.

P3 - PICCAPIETRA

City Centre: Autopark Piccapietra, Garage Casacce. It is possible to reach the Porto Antico area on foot, crossing the historic centre of Genoa, or taking the tube, the closest stop is “De Ferrari”.

P4 – CITY CENTRE

City Centre: City Park, Park Carducci, Park Carignano. It is possible to reach the Porto Antico area on foot, through the historic centre or taking the tube from the "Sarzano" or the "De Ferrari" stop.

P5 - VITTORIA

City Centre: Park Vittoria: It is possible to reach the Porto Antico on foot, crossing the historic centre of Genoa, taking the tube at the Brignole stop and the bus 13.
