A new four-star hotel, the Palazzo Grillo, has opened in the heart of Genoa's medieval centre. The hotel is located in one of the city's Rolli Palaces and has been listed as a Unesco heritage site since 2006. The restoration of the palace - which was built in 1545 - began in 2011 and the hotel now offers 25 rooms, including five suites and junior suites.
