The sixtieth edition of the Genoa Boat Show will take place from 1 to 6 October 2020.
This important international event attracts hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts and technicians from the nautical sector every year, and as usual is held at the Fiera di Genova.
Visitors can admire more than 1,000 boats from the four traditional boating sectors: sailing, outboard motor & inflatable boats, powerboats and motor yachts.
The Boat Show is also an opportunity to take stock of the values and challenges of the sector, and as usual this year includes an extensive programme of institutional conferences, seminars and round tables, as well as associated events organized by the trade association under the auspices of ForumUCINA.
Linked to all this, and always in relation to the emergency related to COVID-19, is also the preparation of an intervention plan aimed at predicting and meeting what may be the legal provisions in place in October. For this purpose it is also planned to design large circulation spaces and the provision of multiple entrances. These and other initiatives that can be taken, will offer the best conditions of organization, management and hospitality for the public and exhibitors.
Starting from 2018, the Genoa Boat Show has developed a new format: a multispecialist Boat Show, an event that is the container of 4 salons, absolutely complementary and, at the same time, characterized by their own identity: not division, but opening, an extension of the strong point of the Genoa Boat Show, that is that of a transversal event, with deep verticalities that define an identity relationship of 1 to 1 with every single operator and visitor.
